Transparent pricing is a professional obligation, not a negotiating weakness. Every engagement is fee-based, percentage-driven, and documented in writing before a single line is drawn.

Fixed packages — Concept, Design, Full Drawing — each with a written minimum. No open-ended retainers.

Milestone-linked payments tied to delivered phases, not calendar dates. Standard rate 9%.

Full Mandate (Design + PM)

Single-mandate discount applies. One fee, one contract, full accountability from concept to handover.

Investment & Development Finance
Negotiated
Structured as a percentage of project value or profit participation. Agreed in writing before engagement commences.

ABCD Community & Government
8 – 10%
Management fee on government and municipal construction values. NGO and DFI projects by negotiation.

All fees include a written minimum engagement figure. A complexity multiplier of 1.1× to 1.5× applies to technically complex, mixed-use, or staged development projects — documented and agreed before mandate sign-off. Full fee schedule available on request.

Leadership

Executive leadership, design, and on-site delivery. Each member holds 10% equity — accountability is built into the cap table, not a clause buried in a contract.
